Advice Quality Checking

Our advice quality checking service is valued by firms who want to know that they are giving their clients the best advice.

Firms who want our support for the purpose of improving the quality of their advice value the comprehensive approach we take to reviewing advice. This service is appropriate for those who want to refine their recommendations, improve their communication and ensure that the advice they are giving on paper reflects the conversations they are having with their clients.

This service does NOT include the review of Defined Benefit Transfer recommendations.

Paracompliance:
Monthly Service

Our ongoing Paracompliance service is valued by financial planning firms who want to secure our services on a regular basis. 

The fee covers the cost of 1 day of support per month.  

As the service requires an ongoing commitment by both you and Unburdened, this service is offered as a discount to purchasing services on an ad-hoc basis.

Paracompliance: Quarterly  Service

Firms who do not require support on a monthly basis can opt to receive 1 full day of support every quarter instead.

Paying for this monthly helps spread the cost while ensuring that you still receive the support you need.

This is offered at the same cost as the monthly service as we do not believe that there should be a price disadvantage to those firms who do not need our support as often.

Due Diligence Service

We offer comprehensive due diligence to support you with all aspects of your financial planning service. 

The cost of this service will vary depending on your specific needs and the extent of our involvement. 

Types of due diligence recently undertaken have included:
- Platforms
- Cashflow modelling solutions
- Tax advantaged investments
- Sustainable Investment portfolios
- Greenwashing review

The overall cost will be agreed in advance of any work commencing.

Procedural Updates

This service is included as part of the ongoing Paracompliance service but can be offered on an ad-hoc basis if required.

Process Design

This service is included as part of the ongoing Paracompliance service but can be offered on an ad-hoc basis if required.

This service can cover any aspect of your business and has been used for:
- Sustainable finance implementation
- Change in ownership
- Review Process Improvement

File Completeness Checks

Our file completeness checking service is valued by firms who want to know that their files are complete and that the advice is justified.

Firms who want our support just for the purpose of checking their files are complete value the thorough approach we take to reviewing file completeness, whether for just a Personal Pension or ISA switch, or something more complicated.

This service does NOT include the review of Defined Benefit Transfer recommendations, nor does it consider the appropriateness of the recommendation or provide guidance on improvement of language and framing.

Short Training Sessions

The cost of our 1.5 hour high-level in-person training sessions is dependent on what you are looking for, how many people we are training and the level of personalisation you require.

Half Day Training Sessions

The cost of our 3 hour slightly more in depth training sessions is fixed and the subject matter is limited to those subjects where we believe we can add the most value.

The cost reflects the depth of preparation required and the time for delivery. This price applies to the following core subjects.

Core subjects:
- Suitability Report Writing Masterclass
- Sustainable Investing
- Behavioural Finance 

The Sustainable Investing and Behavioural Finance 3 hour sessions are still quite high level but are suitable for teams who are considering sending key team members on the more in-depth 1 and 2 day courses.

Other subjects may be available in this format on a bespoke basis at your request and have previously included:
- Senior Managers Regime Preparedness
- Supervision in a Regulated Environment

Please note the cost does NOT include travel and acomodation where necessary. This will be billed accordingly.

Webinars

We regularly deliver webinars on a wide range of subjects, in line with our Short Training Sessions.

If you would like delivery of any of our Short Training Sessions in an online only format for your organisation, this is provided at a reduced cost to recognise the reduction in travel time and setup.

Please note that if you require the same session to be delivered multiple times for team members across multiple offices, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
